Jackson Hewitt, at least not the ones around the Piedmont area of NC (Statesville/High Point/Mooresville)
We went to office in Statesville (a branch of the main franchisee office) in late Feb - our Fed, and NC state & WV state are STILL not right and now because JH screwed up the NC filing, the tax office of NC says we are going to be fined because somehow the original return was never received (the first lady that did it screwed things up so bad that another lady had to go back and fix everything) have submitted the Federal admended 3 times now and they still show they've not received anything.
Of course corporate says it has to be handled at that office becasue they are independantly owned and operated - BUT if the dang franchisee cant get their act together, does not the corporation have the responsibility to fix the problem if the frenchisee cannot or will not?
I'm so disgusted with them, I'm about to go postal on any JH I come across!!
