I'm sure that will help!! Beat the tech man up, or threaten too, that'll make him pay attention.

Not all of them. I have lengthy discussions with my people about how to handle teching his own engine if it has to happen. If I must tech one of my own anyone can watch and ask questions. I actually put on a seminar while doing it
