Tecumseh OHH55, SBH-9997, engine was drop shipped direct from the factory in the black shipping container. Included with the engine but not installed were stainless intake and exhaust valves, billet connecting rod with bearing, coil, fuel pump, aluminum intake with gaskets and fitting to run fuel pump, side cover gasket and a tillotson HL 365B carburetor with a CK-14 conversion kit. Carburetor and conversion kit came in a Tecumseh box with the part no. 632758K?

Sounds like a Tecumseh - "Star" Engine . Flathead i assume .
fell out of favor with the introduction of overhead valve engines
nos in the box is a rare find .

Bob, I believe you are correct. I purchased this engine thru an individual on this forum many many years ago, memory isn't what it used to be. The engine was never put together has been stored in a dark dry place and is in the same shape as it was the day I received it. As a side note the original cam gear I believe was pressed on the crank And could move under the right conditions. I purchased a new crank, again from someone on your forum that was said to correct this problem. Thinking late 90s early 2000s.
