Temps for using hot box

I just bought me a core hot box and was trying to figure out the temps I need to be rolling my tires at. Before I just had a wall mount roller so I just rolled them (inside and outside) at room temp. I’ve read in some articles where is says to still cold roll your tires when inside prepping them. And only use the heat for when your outside rolling them. Any help with this would be great. Thanks in advance.

I try to roll everything around 80-85* (internal and external.)
The only time I go higher than that is if I want to size tires (either while I'm rolling internal, or just sizing alone.)

I have andded candy thermometers to some of my boxes (just drill a 3/16" hole and drop it in) in the past so I can better monitor the temp inside the box. Some of the older boxes have temp control knobs with numbers from 1-10 rather than temperature on them. Knowing the actual temp in the box will also help you catch when a thermostat goes bad (they do.)

Be consistent - that's the key.
Different temps yield different results.
Controlling variables is a good thing.
