I never really knew there was a difference between 5 10 and 15 degree and what do they do too the kart as well set up?

There is 5-7.5-10-15 degree spindles.
The number is in reference to 90 degrees from the spindle tube.
Higher number of degrees on the RS has less mechanical weight jacking, and less progressive camber gains.
On the LS lower the number less.
Spindles and L blocks have to be matched, and swapped together.
10/10 was the standard for most karts.
Now several come with 7.5/15 , and depending where you race swapping to a 10/10 setup will yield better results.
5 degree is a popular LF spindle setup for asphalt, lots of grip to provide natural weight transfer.
