Timing key question

I have a Honda GX390 with a 308 cam should I be running an advanced timing key or is the 24° timing in the

I was kind of thinking that because I know a 212 predator with a 308 cam calls for 34° timing and the arc billitos already has 32 built in them but the billet flywheel for the 390 only has 24 degrees timing

You need more timing than 24*, even if it's on pump gas.
I don't know the compression ratio, or specifics of your build, or even your application...but I'd suggest starting @ 30* and consider going upwards from there.

the 34 degrees is your timing . What exactly are you looking for?
