Timing

Looking to see what timing I need on a bilet flywheel on stock engine with gov delete and a header.

If you are talking about a predator with a stock cam I would just use the factory timing key. The arc flywheel already has 32 degrees of timing in it if I’m not mistaken.
Yes stock predator with stock cam. The flywheel is 32. Would that be good?

I was thinking stock Predator with stock flywheel timing was around 21 to 22 degrees. Looks like you would need a 7 or 8 degree key to get the timing up where most of the stock cams use. Would this be about right?

The OP is referring to a billet racing flywheel and not a stock flywheel. You are correct in thinking the stock flywheel would need to be advanced 7 or so degrees. All billet flywheels I have worked with already had more than stock timing built in.
