Tire prep help

Just got into Karting this year and we need some advice on how to use tire prep. We are using flip flop mafia medium now and we are going to purchase there hard track prep. We are racing on dirt using burris tires, any help on how to use this product and get our tire program going in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
 
This has been said before, if the person you are buying prep from does not help you, you are buying prep from the wrong people.
 
True but I was buying it from jc Specialty. I have tried to contact both sieber and ford by Facebook but they have not responded as of yet.
