Tire washer filter

Can you get a filter that fits inside the water tank of a tire washer?

Probably have to get creative.
Small space , low pressure are not conducive to filtering.
Scotch bright pads over the inlet , maybe .

Are you having issues or something? Are we in need of a wire mesh screen or similar or we trying to drink it afterwards?

Search water pump filter on Amazon and you should see one that will work, I use the mesh basket in a housing that came with my pump, it keeps the big stuff out, but I bet my pump will have a shorter life span compared to it’s intended use, there is a balance in keeping the junk out of the pump and starving it with a clogged up filter

Fish tank filter bag. Probably worth a google

If you can capture the water before it goes to the tank a bag filter works great

Just wondering why you couldn't use a pool filter. Just my $.02

Weak pump. The size is another factor . I would think , it should be on the drain /return side.
