tracks near york college of pennsylvania

Hunterstown is very close. One of the oldest continuously running dirt tracks in the US. They will be hosting the Pennsylvania Maxxis Series both this weekend and next,
 
You have quite a big collection of tracks until you limit it to karts, lol. Also check out the Outback Track (runs Friday nights) at Susquehanna Speedway - it's even closer than Hunterstown, but doesn't run as many classes.

While the Maxxis series is this Saturday (8/13) at Hunterstown, Saturday 8/20 will be a regular points race unless the 8/13 Maxxis race rains out. Given the way this season has been and the current forecast, a rainout this Saturday is not out of the question, but Hunterstown, like Lincoln for the big cars, is very determined when it comes to dealing with the weather on race day. Given the early start time of Maxxis series races at Htown, an afternoon thunder bumper will just result in a break in the racing of up to an hour while they run the track in again and finish the program.

Sat 8/20/16 is a PA Maxxis Race! It is the raindate for the first Maxxis race of the year that got rained out! This weekend and next are PA Maxxis Events at Hunterstown. This weekend is The NE Champ MaxxDaddy event which will draw quite a few big names up to Hunterstown!! This weekend would be a good weekend to come and check it out! The next regular points night is 8/27 for Hunterstown.

Would have been nice if they told us that in their schedule, lol. Between rainouts and Maxxis series races, there aren't going to be many point races this season.
