Trans delete

I have a 1985 Suzuki 250 motor and want to do a trans delete and replace with 3/4" shaft. Tim Taft is making the drive and driven pulleys for me but I'm not sure on wear or how to find bearings for the 3/4" Jack shaft in the case. One bearing measures 55.96mm(56mm?) O.D. and the other is 39.99mm(40mm?) O.D. . Any help would be appreciated.

Your going straight through the case ?
The trick is getting bearings that are metric and american dimensions together .
Best to find a good local bearing shop . Or machine spacers for the od too
Fit an standard bearing in the metric pocket .

You can just cut it off and mount it on a J/S.

Yeah I thought about that but I have a QRC frame and a mount for the motor from them.

You might be able too sleeve the shaft up .
Or have a custom shaft made , that fits the current bearings .
6203 ,6204 and 6004 are the three closest mm i see .

Maybe when you are talking wrenches it's ok to call them the same, but 19mm is .748031in
