If I remember correctly the voodoo was produced from 2009ish to 2011ish. It came after the joker and before the redemption. The year should be stamped behind one of the L blocks, can't remember which one though. It's been a while since I had a T/O.
You could try to give Marc Mode at Trick Olimpic a call but you'd probably have better luck getting setup help here.
I'm sure if you post your track and class someone can give you some starting numbers.
