Triton jr Setup

Whats a good base line set up for a rookie red Triton jr. Weight 235# total. 65# driver. 1/4mile dirt, sandy/clay mix track. Gets dry slick later in the night in summer. Any help would be appreciated.

At that age that will depend on the drivers current skill set, is he or her using MOMENTUM running pretty hard ? or still does not have that secure feeling holding back some ?
