Trying to decide

My son is going to race a lo206 on Hoosier D20, with no prep allowed,or anything else. In a 390 weight class.
Which would be a better chassis the recon or the scythe.
Thanks

I got a Minecon and I'd almost take a recon because of the thicker tube you could probably get a little more roll speed but I like the MINecon because of the thiner tube because the Conner speed is good but causes it to be a little tighter go kart but know the scythe does still work good but I don't know much about them so I can't say anything about them.

I found the Minecon to be much easier to find the "sweet" or "happy" spot on the set up....when I ran a Recon, nothing i.could ever do to keep it from pushing like a dump truck all the way to the wall from center off...but it's worth mentioning, where I live/race in the upper Midwest, tracks around the area are typically sandy/dusty very low bite/low grip, which was probably adding to the push problem...but I do not have any problem getting the Minecon at 400lbs to turn in/keep it turning on these same tracks/conditions...
