All registered predator entries with be given a brief explanation of the valve spring issue and after that only the registered entries will vote for the use of the clone tech tool as a method to determine spring legality only when an engine is claimed by the track. There will be another issue discussed concerning claiming for next year. See ya there
 
Engines are to be run as they came out of the box except the rpm change. That includes the stock springs. The aftermarket springs will not be allowed.
