Wanting to build a reliable 25-30 hp gx390. Is there a recipe for this? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

How much? What has been done to it?

Mild 315-ish lift cam, 1.3:1 roller rockers, 1.5 IN valve in modified stock head, 33 Mikuni pumper carb, ARC billet rod and JE piston.
Makes a very conservative 30-32 CHP on our dyno.
We have all the parts you need in stock if you want to try the build on your own.

oldloco's deal would likely save you a bundle.
