Warrior chassis?

Have been talking with a guy who has a what he thinks is a couple year old chassis. By looking at the brake caliper,steering wheel 1 1/4 axle and front end parts it looks to me like a mid to late 90's. It has a couple spots on the left rails that you can install bolts to tie them together and on the front it has pin holes so you can slide the spindles out like an ultramax pro force. It looks to me that somebody spray painted this and has a couple script font warrior stickers made to put on it to make it look new. Anybody have an idea what it could be

I will send you some pics to your email of a T&M Warrior my neighbor has, I think it is from the 90's. T&M is in CT. and as far as I know, only makes offset oval karts now.
 
thanks for the replies. it looks pretty close to the pics you sent me Stitch just a little different front end instead of the 2 bolts it has pins
