I made a video with instructions on how to use my weights and percentages Excel spreadsheet. It's an amateurish effort at best, but I think it will give you all the essentials on how to use it. It's a free download. It's kind of big, 11.4 minutes of full-screen video. 1.4 megs in compressed format.
