What grade oil for full mod Clone

Hello, I am wondering what your reccomendations are for oil weight and brand oil to use in full mod stroker clone.
Worried about rod bearing wear with high compression. Any feedback from any experience is appreciated. Thanks

FHS 62R Run it in modified and opens. Good oil

62R if your running alky, take your pick of the many good synthetics on the market if your running gasoline.

I agree with Bob. 62R for alky because it handles the excess fuel in the oil better than nearly all, 5w20 synthetic in gas applications. This isn't the old days with a big variation in automotive motor oils, you simply do not see problems caused by oil failures in gas motors. Doesn't matter whose name is on it.
