What is this caster setting in the two pics?

The castor is 10/13. That is an Ultramax Blaze/Octane..... stock castor for that chassis was 8/11. So pulling them both back one notch will add 2* to each side.....
 
I am fairly new to kart racing. I run an older prowler chassis in a rwyb class. I know this is an old thread but I was wondering at what point you'd move the caster from a front position to the rear or vice versa? I have just never seen something like that type of adjustment before.

Rf lead adjustment.
Forward location for most applications.
Rear location for high bite bull rings.
Tire closer to VCG the faster weight transfers to that tire, and faster transfer away as well.
Helps with entry, can cause a push on exit.
Newer karts have it on both sides.
