What is This

So i bought a clone motor off of Marketplace and took it apart to clean it up and get ready for a rebuild. When I took the head apart i found this at the bottom of the exhaust spring. I tried to search for it but and looked all over DynoCam with no lock. Does anyone know where I can find it.

Looks like it was a valve seal .
Pretty rusty .
