What is this????

Is there anyone of you out there that can tell me what chassis this is? I was told that it is a Top Kart from 2005, but I don't think so!! I did not think they ever made an offset chassis? I have a chance to get it but really need to know if this would be good to use, BUT! more important, what it is? I'am in a Sr. class stock appearing to have some fun so it does not have to be the best as it's all for having fun!! Anyone tell me what this is??

Looks like an Olson built by Greg Olson from Illinois. He passed away a few years ago. Someone may know better than me.

Most new rules do not allow adjustable chassis from the seat.
