What model kart is this?

Doing a restoration on a recently aquired sprint kart. The motor has been modified to run the pto shaft on the left side to run a burco axel clutch. When I took the motor out the frame I noticed the entire crank has back and forth play. Not a lot but enought that when you push on the flywheel or output shaft, there is a very audible clunk. Runs great never any noticeable out of the ordinary sounds. Also if anybody can identify what model chassis I have that would be great.

A nice target for crank endplay is around .010".

saw a kali kart today that looked very close to that one. it had the double side rails also. good luck, chuck

Not that I can find. I was told it was a rare chassis made by yamaha, but theres no stamping on the frame

I looked at reference pictures on van duesens site and I think rupp76 is correct. chuck
