What type/year is this chassis?

I believe this to be an old Phantom Banshee chassis, but hoping someone can help me identify it. Would there be a place to find a serial number or anything? thanks!

Ahhh ok, makes sense. Def older than I want to mess with. Guy was local with 2 of them for $140 each obo.

It's a old trick chassis .i got one just like it .shoud have some cross bars under the seat that has split collars on them .u can remove the collars .change how chassis flexes .
