What year?

Yes it's a Slack, the number on the plate says 21187. The current owner bought it, but has limited knowledge of it.
 
Based on those numbers only thing that makes sense would be a 2011, If that's correct it's an Axiom it should have the model stickers on it, is it a newer style chassis ?
 
The plate should say Slack, with a model and usually 6 digits. Can you post a pic or message me ? I'll be at Slack Tuesday & Thursday.
