They say the Hemi has a better head, though it does have a better head it doenst mean that it is performance wise better. I went with non hemi because in my area you cant find the hemis anywhere uless you buy them from someone but i can get a non hemi cheaper than i can get a hemi.

Yes in the totally box stock class
the hemi is pruported too be the better choice .
