What's the perferred way to break in a new Viper style clutch?

Run a couple extra hot lap sessions on it (engaging and disengaging it more than normal) to heat cycle it a few times and help bed the discs.
After that, have at it. Should be good to go.
BTW, you should do this to a fresh rebuilt clutch as well. The clutch will get more consistent and hit harder once the friction material and steel discs mate completely.
