Which carburetor should I use for my engine?

Hello,
I have a 200cc Tao engine (it's a replacement for the rhino 250cc), and I don't know what carburetor to use for it. It came with no instructions or manuals, and I've found very little online. I measured the diameter of the intake, and on the outside, it's 29mm, but on the inside, it is very close to 26mm (it's like 26.2mm). The other problem is that the 2 mounting holes are diagonal from each other, not horizontal. Because the inner diameter of the intake is 26mm(ish) should I buy a 26mm carburetor? How should I mount the carburetor? Is there an adaptor?

I also attached a photo of the engine, along with measurements written on the photo. (sorry about the neatness I wrote the measurements on mobile)

I would drill and tap for the new carb , no adapter required . 2 - 1/4 " studs, done
Spigot mount would be easy also .
Adapter as well . Carb and mfg ability would drive my choice
