Outside.. A little bit will lock you down quick..usually just mix a little with the prep your using
Well I am running a big block open on a track with low bite so I don't think I need to worry about getting locked down!

I consider Goat, wintergreen, and creo all in the same category. All are a little bit different and are very strong, perhaps some of the strongest chemicals you can use, and all have a time and place that you can use them. My experience with green is it is a very strong bite chemical and doesn't soften very much, just my take on it. And be very careful with it....

Read the GHSDS (msds). It is a poison. Handle with care.
Methyl salicylate the same thing? Just wondering

S&M, yes it's the same thing... However there are natural and synthetic versions of it...
JM88, yes you can use it inside with no problems as long as you're on a slick, preferably wet track. Just don't over do it because it is aggressive, and will soften a good bit. You can also add a little to your regular inside to make it a little stronger. Also, as Randy stated, be safe/careful with it...
