DAYTONA DIRT 2022

Thats right...you read that correctly......this is going to be a Daytona that we haven't seen in a long time. 3 days of Dirt racing.

Both days will honor the memories of two of the pioneers in Unlimited Racing. Make your plans to be there....you won't want to miss the excitement and fun that we are gonig to have at this years 2022 Daytona Dirt Nationals.

Day 1 will feature the Unlimited All Stars (Scott Shinn Memorial) and for the first time in at least 10 years the WKA 2 Cycle Unlimited (Fred Jackson Memorial) will run.

Day 2 will feature the Unlimited All Stars (Scott Shinn Memorial) again.
The 2 day overall winner of the UAS races will win The Scott Shinn Memorial Trophy.

There will be Prize money and Trophies for all 3 races. (Exact amounts TBD).

OPEN TIRE RULE in effect.

ENGINE: Air Cooled Only 100cc to 150cc WEIGHT: 240lbs + 1lb Per CC TIRES: Open

Purse:
1st $500 (Fred Jackson Memorial Trophy)
2nd $200
3rd $100

*Purses might increase depending on Sponsorship

Vega Tire Contingency: Vega will award Top 3 Places on Vega Tires

1st $300 TS Racing Gift Certificate
2nd $200 TS Racing Gift Certificate
3rd $100 TS Racing Gift Certificate ​

60 days mol until Daytona....Plenty of time to get your karts prepped and tires ready. Hotels are very affordable in Daytona that time of year....just sayn..

We had 18 drivers last year....One of the largest classes of Kart Weeks. If we get 20 entries on Day 1 my company RFH Construction/ The "Original" Paver Doctors will add another $500.00 to the Day 1 purse and if we get 20 on Day 2 Eddie "The Bull Dog' Schreifels is gonna add another $500.00 to that Purse.....

Things are starting to get crazy around here!

Daytona is around the corner and I know we have allot of guys and gals excited about their oppurtunity to get a Trophy from the most famous race track in the world..."Daytona International Speedway". This is the only trophy that will get on your shelf that sells itself.......when your friends see that trophy on your shelf they will be the ones asking you the questions........Only a few have the courage and desire to come and attempt to win one of these.
 
Glad the 2 stroke class is back and planning on attending but dang maybe I could have had a competitive weight when I was in 9th grade.

Had about four from our area that was interested in coming but with that kind of weight it’s a no go, GOT TO DO BETTER FOR BIG GUYS. that’s ridiculous to be that lite.

I'm confused......are you speaking of the WKA Two Cycle class. If so what motors were you planning on running......just curious....helps us plan for the future.....Also what area are you coming from?
