WKA exhaust question

Per WKA rules can an exhaust pipe have a sleeve that actually protrudes into the port?

For which class? The pro-gas class mandates the RLV 5511 pipe which extends into the port.

Found answer - Header/exhaust pipe may not protrude inside of exhaust port more than .625”. Must have missed it first time I checked.
