World Formula wont idle

We have a brand new world formula on my sons kart. Went through the break in procedure, tuned the carb in, and it was running and sounding great. Tried to start it up today after a couple weeks of sitting and it would not start or stay running unless I was giving it throttle. Took the carb apart and sprayed carb cleaner through everything but had the same result. Not sure what else to do and kind of baffled on what could have changed. Advice is much appreciated
 
Did carb cleaner come through all the passages and or holes ?
Which fuel ? Did you drain and start with fresh fuel.
Does it have spark?
Did you change the plug?
Did you try any starting fluid?
 
If it would run at high RPM very good chance carb idle jet is plugged.
Mechanical cleaning may be needed.
 
Cleaner appeared to come through everything. I guess I will pull it again and take the jets out. We're using ethanol free race fuel.
