All I know for sure is that if you take an average animal and turn it into a Stroker with good heads, good crank and cam, bore it out, tilly or equivalent carb . New piston and rod you cannot do it for what he is asking for the complete engine. And I have never met spincycle. Just read his posts on Bobs, He seems like he really knows his stuff. Especially when it gets technical.
