yellow vega

A lot depends on track conditions come race day also. If we’re racing during the day and the track drys out it calls for a different program, than if we’re racing at night where the track holds moisture.

Also depends on what you are trying to accomplish:

Just add conditioner/oils
or add bite also?

If you've got internal in your Vegas, that will affect your decision as well.
Personally, for softer low/no bite tracks: we like our Pink Panther internal, with several coats of our Monster Bite and/or Black Bite 2.0 outside (more coats = more bite.)

If you're on a track that's hard slick and dry with low/no bite, but builds some tire temperature, then our Medium Rare internal will work better.

Give us a call at the shop if we can help with our Vega tire program or our prep line.
We'd be glad to help you, and our Vega program is second to none.
