Yellow Vegas Thicks /Thins

Is there a way to tell whether yellow vegas were thicks or thins when new ? From what I see the difference between them is between .010 and .020 new but can you tell from barcode or any way at all ?

Thicks are yellow VEGA letters, Thins are Black letters with yellow oval around them.
