Yet another Chassis Identification quest!

Got my IMCA Mod done and with all the free time the Rona virus has allowed me I've decided to go through my old kart and get it ready for an occasional race or two after a 10 year hiatus from karting. It's occurred to me that I have absolutely no idea what make or year this kart is. Although it really wont make a difference I'm curious to know and am hoping someone can help me out here.
