02 shadow front end set up

I have a 2002 shadow cjassis I race with a clone on maxxis tires. Ever since I've had this kart it has always pushed. I just scaled it to. left is 54. Rear is 53. Cross is 54. Camber on right is -3 1/4 and left is +3/8. My tires are duro at 35 on right and 40 on left. Any advice will help. Thanks
 
I forgot to mention I race it on indoor tracks where they use arena dirt. Really sandy tracks but sometimes do take rubber and sometimes dont
