04 buller velocity

Lookin for help on these adjustments no clue im new to karting but people say i need offset with adjustments so here i got one
 
In Iowa, call Riekens Kart Shop in Marion. They sold and raced Buller Karts for years.
I lived in Cedar Rapids until a year ago and bought an 04 Velocity that Bill Rieken owned.

i believe the randy majors you want is located in Illinois but i could be wrong on that, dont really remember
