I have a black 2004 Phantom Phenom for sale! I bought this kart when my son was 4 so I have had it close to 10 years. In the 10 years I had it he ran 10 laps on it on an asphalt track. The guy I bought it from bought it for his daughter and she never raced it either. So for 11-12 years of the karts life it was only run 10 laps. It was set up for putt putt so I am replacing the pedals with brand new pedals, a brand new floor pan and brand new left rear hub (needed this one for my other kart). The kart is $650 for frame, nerfs, axle, etc (no body, no engine, no clutch, no tach). If want those I can add those for a fee.
