07-3 cam ??

is the dyno cams 07-3 a good cam for a wka torq plate, if so should I degree it still for the 24* exhaust closing ? Also what ignition timing would be recc ??

The cam of choice for plate engine seems to be 96-3.

I like the 96-3 better for small restrictor plates...
