1/6th high bank gearing

What would be a good starting point for 1/6th high bank dirt oval for green plate clone. Running a winged QRC with treaded hoosier RR that rolls out to 37 1/2 inches. Our target rpm is 5800 with a drop of 700-800 in the turns. Would a 14-70 be a good starting point?

That may be a bit high.
13/70 Is where I would start.
