10T Bully inboard on a disc clutch?

Currently running a F200 R1 with a 11/70 direct setup with a 3 disc clutch (inboard drive of course) but need about 4-500 more rpm and don't want to increase rear gear, was hoping to go down to a 10t bully, but looks like they are only made to go outboard? I guess I could jackshaft it or switch over to 219 chain , but that's quite a bit of coin/trouble, was hoping there was another option?

Thanks, Matt

We don't use 10 anywhere around here but I'm curious, why can't they be ran inboard?
