Any clutch that uses a bully style driver can be converted to arena style with a little work.

The Hilliard flame or fury with a bully conversion drum and 10t bully driver mounted outboard will work. I believe there is also a 9t arena drum out there somewhere for those clutches but can't remember who sold them

Buller makes 9t and 10t #35 Arena Sprocket Kits.

Hilliard originally had both 9 and 10 tooth as well, but discontinued those back in 2013 or 2014.

SMC had a nice little 10t #35 sprocket, but I don't know if they make it anymore.
