2 dics bulley clutch floater

should the floater be real free or should it have some resistance when it moves on the hub when all parts are cleaned, when the clutch is all apart for maintenance?

You may need to take a file or Dremel and lightly dress up the splines where it rides on the drive hub. It should definitely be free.
