2011 ICON JR Setup

I bought 2 ICON chassis the other day and are going to run them this year retiring our Legend Chassis. Can anyone give me a general setup that has been fast for you on a 2011 ICON JR 1 setup? We race on dirt on tracks of 1/10 mile in size and bigger. We run all maxxis tires and run all Venom Juice prep??

Seems to me, with the RF being one third heavier than the LF, a 53 percent left side is a little light. Thing is I really don't have a clue.
 
The really little guys don't transfer lots of weight so we often run less left. Also, it can be difficult to get lots of left without moving the seat way left which is typically undesirable as well.
