2015 trick Olimpic scorpion setup

I’m setting up a 2015 trick olimpic scorpion for my son. The kart has to weigh 250. He only weighs 60 pounds so I have a lot of lead bolted to the left side and rear of seat. The best percentages I can get are 56 cross 56 left side and 50 front. I’ve tried moving weight and adjusting the washers on the front, but no combinations seem to get me close to the recommended percentages. I have the seat as far to the left as it can go. He’s running a clone with a green plate. Burris 11 tires. Track is flat run in morrisdale pa.

So you should be working with 25 lb of lead roughly, that should be more than enough to get numbers to work out, seems like something goofy going on.

here is how I have the lead mounted. I can call you after I get off work today. I’m new

to this so don’t know much about karts. I’ve raced and set up late model before but that was different. Thank you.
