OK folks, it's almost that time!!!! CRI Kartmania!! Our time online will be scarce from now until the show, so we thought we'd get some reminders out of the way
** LidMania!!! Who slings the best helmet paint jobs in the industry?? We've got some of the best in the business coming to town to show off their work!
If you're a painter that hasn't gotten in on this yet, there's still time! Enter up to 3 lids at $50ea. Helmet judged to be the "baddest" in the land wins the artist $500 and a full page ad in CRI highlighting the winning Lid!!!
**Swap Meet Area - Only $15 (includes one admission). Bring your own tables, or rent them when you get here.
**Seminars:
Saturday seminar schedule;

Tech - 12:00pm
NKA Tech certification - 1:00pm ($75)
Chassis/Tire - 2pm (bumped this up an hour from original plan)
**We'll have a full size NASCAR Simulator in the house!! Who knows, we may even turn this into a contest!! lol
**Chassis Raffles;
*Millenium Racing Chassis will be raffling off a brand new F1 Edition Impulse.
*NKA will be raffling off a Phantom Triton
**Maxxis National Championship Awards Banquet is on tap for Saturday evening!!
**The Unlimited All-Stars will recognize their 2013 Champions on the show floor on Saturday.
****Unfortunately, plans for a "mega banquet" on Friday night haven't panned out. Cliff Bigoney at Ad Leathers suffered a skiing accident several weeks ago that prevented them from getting Championship jackets to all the series' that were in on the "mega banquet". Without the leather, the series promoters have opted not to hold their banquets. Instead, several of them will have oter awards available for pick up at their booths.

I think this covers most of it!! So you see, we have a lot going on in Hickory this weekend. Along with the "A" list of exhibitors, we've got something for pretty much everyone!! Come and join us at the Hickory Metro Center. Exit 125 off of I-40 in Hickory NC.

Will the 2013 Maxxis Southeastern Dirt Series points awards be given out Friday at 7:00 pm?
 
The Maxxis National Championship Awards banquet is Saturday evening after Kartmania.
We have received RSVP's from 130 people. The maximum capacity is 150.
If you received an invitation and did NOT RSVP, but plan to attend, we need to know ASAP. Anyone who would like to attend but did not receive an invitation, please let us know ASAP. The cost is $20 per person.

Cocktails - 6:00 - 7:00
Diner - 7:30 - 8:30
Awards - 8:30

WOW, what a difference like night and day!!
Lots of vendors, lots of deals, lots and lots!!
Best show I have been to in a couple of years, we will for sure put this one on our list to attend next year!!

Just a quick note this morning. On behalf of myself (Rowdy Jordan), Rodney Byers, and our staff... We want to sincerely thank everyone that played a part in a fantastic show this weekend in Hickory. CRI Kartmania, thanks to the "A" list of exhibitors and great attendance, was awesome!! There was a lot of activity going on all around the center, and everyone appeared to have a great time. Our "side-show", LidMania was flat out off the chain!!!!!!! Thanks to the great artists that participated and congratulations to Ryan Young of Indocil Art on his win, it was def a tough choice for our judges!!
After we take a few days to digest the weekend, we'll begin exploring ways to improve and move forward with the show.
Again, thanks to everyone for a fantastic weekend.

Rowdy and Rodney - Thanks for putting the show together; you did NOT have to do it but because you love the sport, you WANTED to do it! The extra efforts to make it top notch did not go unnoticed. We appreciate your hard work.
