Does adding noseweight or reducing noseweight help minimize rear wheelhop?

Champ kart probably? Move the rr out 1/8 inch at a time till it cures it.

This is on concession karts. The only adjustment that I have is seat position.

In that case I would think you would have to add nose weight to free up the rear.

Seems to be working complete opposite of that. Sliding the seat back seems to reduce the wheelhop.
