A quick question about putting sugar in coffee.

re: nitrogen, you should pull a vacuum for max effectiveness, but most people can't be bothered, so get as much out as you can and fill from there.....there will still be a rise in pressure, just not as much as raw air.
 
I usually only pull a vacuum on the coffee when sipping. Ya know? I think the cup would be easier and lighter to carry if I flowed nitrogen through it. But if I did remove the moisture wouldn't I have to crunch it instead of sipping it ? I see the logic though.

if you were to use, say...... Liquid Nitrogen... everything would go crunch.
