Animal limited rules for May

I found out since posting this. That wka had changed the rules for the all limited's not just animals It was told on liberty race way post about it. Marty and tommy didn't post the changes just wanted to call the tech man to let him tell us. Was alos told that wka changed the rules in tech on it but only let a few people know.
 
I can't find any animal mod rule changes in the 2014 WKA tech book. Also found no tech update on WKA website. I can't find anybody that knows
anything about this other than what liberty raceway posted.
 
According to dyno cams. There has not been a rule change. So I don't know where or how it came about to being discussed on there page or even why. Something fishy maybe??
